I love my life, everyday is precious, I like living, feeling good and being well but there is a sacrifice required to experience a total life with maximum performance and never being really tired. One must eat right and avoid heavy protein, meats and especially sugar which burns fast and makes you hungry between meals. Balance your burning of energy and keep it level with mostly eating of vegetables, raw if possible. Get your eating right and experience a happy life for all. Retail sales are reported down and inventories up this year putting the merchants in a bind to sellout expensive merchandise even at a loss. This country has ridden high on the computer spiral of the demand for years now but it is over with computers now dirt cheap and programs a dime a dozen, somebody is losing and it will get worse as we see already.
